August 2026 · Dubai & Abu Dhabi
A real training day instead of heat and screen time. Rhythmic gymnastics, ballet, acrobatics, swimming, creative workshops and games — from 09:45 through the early afternoon, led by GYMNASTIKA club coaches. Book a single day or a full week.
Camp weeks run all through August
Groups are small — places are limited
What your child gets
A month is enough for the body to change: flexibility, strength, clean apparatus work. While others come back to training from zero, your child walks into the new season already in shape.
From 09:45 until 14:00–15:00 your child is in the gym with coaches and friends rather than at home with a tablet — and you get your working day back.
Sessions are run by the club's working coaches — the same people who prepare gymnasts for national and international competitions. FIG-level judges, masters of sport, champions.
A beginner won't get lost and a competitor won't get bored. Beginners, Level Up, Advanced / Baby Elite and the competitive group train separately, each to its own programme.
Ballet and choreography, acrobatics, conditioning and flexibility, work with music, creative workshops and team games — the day is built so children never get bored of one thing.
Loads are set by age and level, with dedicated attention to posture and injury prevention. We build confidence, not fear of making mistakes.
No need to commit to a month blind. Take one day, see how your child comes out of the gym — and decide from there.
Choose a location
The core programme is the same everywhere. What differs: dates, length of day, minimum age, price — and what only that venue offers.

A dash means that block simply isn't part of that venue's programme — not that the venue is weaker. Each location has its own set of facilities and its own rhythm of the day.
Daily schedule
Nothing is left vague: every block is timed, with warm-up, snack breaks and recovery built in. Here is the full day at each location.
The competitive group follows its own version of the day: instead of ballet, a professional warm-up with resistance bands and apparatus, a separate strength block with weights and medicine balls, and a full hour on risks, routine cleaning and competition preparation.
Before the day starts, 09:00–10:00 — assessment by the coach. For new students and on request: flexibility, coordination, strength and technical level, used to place the child in the right training group for the season.
Baby Elite, Advanced and Competitive run a separate schedule: conditioning and endurance, professional ballet and choreography, advanced flexibility and barre work, acrobatic preparation and jump technique, technical mastery (pivots, balances, FIG-level elements), routine and apparatus work. The day closes with recovery — breathing, stretching, yoga and mental preparation. Private classes are available after camp.
The blocks are the same for everyone, but the load inside them is not: beginners work on foundations, coordination and light apparatus exercises; advanced and competitive gymnasts work on complex connections, speed of execution and on cleaning and upgrading their current routines.
The full camp coaching line-up is published at gymnastikauae.com/coaching-summercamp.
Groups
No child is dropped into a general stream. We look at age, experience and level, then place them where the work is challenging but achievable.
First experience of gymnastics. Basic arm and foot positions, coordination, simple exercises with ball, hoop and rope, plenty of play and movement to music.
For children who have trained before. Execution technique, flexibility, first connections, confident work to music, preparation for moving up to the advanced group.
Complex acrobatic combinations, pivots and balance elements, advanced flexibility and barre work, routine cleaning, artistry and quality of execution.
FIG-level elements, risks, throws and catches, refining competition routines, strength conditioning and mental preparation ahead of the season.
At The Agenda there is a separate coach assessment for new students, used to determine the academic and training group for the new season. You can book it together with the camp.
Guest masterclasses
Five areas that usually sit outside athletic preparation — and do as much for results as stretching does.
What it looks like

Pricing
Pay by the day or by the week. No month-long commitment: take a single day and decide from there.
Prices are per child. You don't have to attend the whole week — pay the daily rate for the days you need; the Dubai weekly package is simply better value. For availability on a specific week, message us on WhatsApp: groups are small and fill up quickly.
Booking
Tell us your child's age, whether they have any gymnastics experience and which location suits you. We'll help you choose if you're not sure.
We place your child in the right group for their level and confirm availability on the dates you need.
Pay for the day or the week and bring your child in for the start of the programme. The coaches take it from there.
